year group, school, academic needs, and any other information you share
with us so we can help find a suitable tutor.

Tutors: name, contact details, qualifications,
references, DBS certificate outcome, bank details, and information about
your tutoring and teaching experience.

Website visitors: general browsing information collected
through Google Analytics.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Match families with suitable tutors
- Vet and onboard tutors, including safeguarding checks
- Manage bookings, invoicing and payments
- Communicate with families and tutors
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations

TutorCruncher, which we use for scheduling, invoicing and
tutor administration

We do not sell personal information to third parties.
How long we keep your information
We only keep personal information for as long as it is reasonably required.
Our general retention periods include:

Unsuccessful tutor applications: 12 months, after which they are deleted

Active tutor records: 1 year from the last provision of work-finding
services

Tutor references: 1 year following the tutor's introduction

Family and client records: 1 year from the last provision of services

Contracts and terms and conditions: 6 years

Invoices and other financial records: 6 years
For DBS checks, we record only the outcome of the check and the date it was
verified. We do not retain the contents of DBS certificates.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information where applicable
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent
